We want you to actually use these. Wear them to a show, test them properly, decide for yourself. If they’re not right, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return them for a full refund — used is fine.

How to start a return

Email swiftsitesg@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence on what didn’t work. We’ll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and an address. Don’t send anything back before you hear from us — returns received without prior authorisation can’t be processed.

What you need to know

• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong product.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the return. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post it.
• Original shipping charges, where paid, are not refunded.
• For hygiene reasons we cannot resell returned earplugs. This doesn’t affect your right to a refund — we simply dispose of returned units.
